Connections

In class we did a lab where we tested the salinity of different water samples and measured the density with a hydrometer. The samples of water that I found were the ocean water was much denser and the salinity was higher than the the other types of water we had.In the lab we also found that the temperature and salinity in the North Atlantic stayed pretty consistant. Before this lab I already knew that the salintiy in different parts of the ocean differed but i did not know that there were so many factors to why it is different.
